At the airport, your driver will meet you with your name clearly displayed. Your confirmation includes the agreed pick-up details.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight to plan your arrival. Up to 90 minutes of complimentary airport waiting time is included. For a longer delay or a changed flight, contact us with your booking reference.
Can you drive into Dubrovnik Old Town?
The Old Town is a pedestrian area. Your booking specifies Pile Gate or Ploče Gate as the drop-off point, with the rest of the journey on foot.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Add the reverse journey in the booking form and receive 15% off the return transfer fare. The outward journey is charged at the regular rate.
Can I request a baby seat?
Choose the available child-seat service in the booking form. Include your child’s age in the notes so the team can confirm the appropriate seat.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Yes, if the form shows a price for your full journey, your booking is confirmed immediately. Routes without a listed price are sent for a quote. Pay on arrival. For changes, contact us with your reference number.
